Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, without giving a reason. Items must come back unused and in their original condition and packaging.
What we cannot take back
Personalised items (engraved with your name, date or text) cannot be returned or exchanged. That is the trade-off for a piece made only for you.
This exception does not apply to manufacturing faults, transit damage or a mistake on our side: in those cases we remake the piece at our cost.
How to return an item
- Write to contact@wisorino.art with your order number and the item concerned.
- We confirm the return address within 24 working hours.
- Send the parcel back well protected. Return postage is at your cost, unless we made a mistake or the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, the refund is issued within 3 working days to the original payment method, including the original delivery charge (at the cheapest standard rate).
Depending on your bank, the credit appears within 5 to 10 working days. You receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Faulty or broken items
Photograph the parcel and the piece, then write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We remake and reship at our cost, without asking you to return the damaged item.
Cancelling before dispatch
As long as cutting hasn’t started, you can cancel free of charge: write to us quickly and we refund in full.
