Personalised pieces are made to order: allow 2 to 3 working days to make, plus transit time.

Tracking
As soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier you receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link. You can also follow your order any time from the Order tracking page.
Packaging
Each piece is wrapped in tissue paper and packed in a rigid box. Gift wrapping is free — just mention it in the order comment field.
Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union (UK, Switzerland, US, Canada), any customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in our rates.
Undelivered parcels
If tracking hasn’t moved for more than 7 working days, write to us: we open an enquiry with the carrier and, if the parcel is declared lost, we remake and reship at no charge.
