2. Scope
These terms govern the sale of decorative and handcrafted items, personalised or otherwise, offered on this site. Placing an order means accepting these terms in full.
3. Products
Products are described as accurately as we can manage. Because our pieces are made one at a time from natural wood, slight variations in tone, grain and finish are inherent to the material and are not defects.
Unless stated otherwise, photo frames ship without a photograph.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of applicable French VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order.
5. Orders
An order becomes firm once payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation email setting out the details.
For personalised items we email you an engraving mock-up. Production starts once you approve it, or failing a reply, 48 hours after the mock-up is sent.
6. Payment
Payment is by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay through our provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Payment details are transmitted encrypted directly to Stripe: they never pass through our servers and are never stored by us.
7. Delivery
Preparation and delivery times and the destinations we serve are set out on the Shipping page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason.
Legal exception: this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specification or clearly personalised. Our pieces engraved with your text fall into this category and cannot be returned or exchanged, except for a manufacturing fault or a mistake on our side.
9. Guarantees
All products carry the statutory guarantee of conformity and the statutory guarantee against hidden defects, independently of any commercial guarantee.
10. Liability
Our pieces are intended for decorative indoor use. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, exposure to damp or weather, or wall fixings unsuited to the surface.

12. Governing law and disputes
